Leap Online Marketing is a fast growing Marketing | Web Design firm looking for an experienced and talented designer. We are looking for a candidate who has strong design, branding, web design and graphic skills. You will be creating web site designs, original logos and overall excellent graphics for social media, e-mail marketing and print design.

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and designing a variety of material, including website concepts, email pieces, brochures, logos and social media postings.

Job Requirements:

Associate’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field
2-3 years of experience in graphic design, experience with digital media preferred
A portfolio that demonstrates aesthetic excellence across multiple disciplines
Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong emphasis in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Keen attention to detail
Strong punctuality and attendance

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for all graphics, you will be the sole designer at the company and willing to do large scale design projects to small production type tasks
Responsible for design of brochure, rack card, identity collateral and more
Responsible for website design, homepage and inner page concepts. Ability to draw up wireframes and provide creative design solutions.
Create promotional email and social media campaigns and advertisements
Use expertise in color theory, typography, information design and visual communication on projects assigned
Understand branding guidelines
Clip and enhance photos for use in emails, home pages, and print projects
Constantly seek improvement through research and increased design knowledge

Photography, video and/or copywriting experience a plus.
